Restaurant DeXi is open to all customers!

Restaurant Dexi is a 150 seated living room resembling café, lunch and event stage restaurant, which is open to everyone. It was opened 22.8.2011 at Kasarmi’s campus in building D. The idea is to develop Dexi to be multi-industrial, open-minded and networking, learning environment to students and teachers from different business fields.

Restaurant Dexi is the main café in Kasarmi’s campus and it provides KELA (Finland’s Social Insurance Institution) supported and recommended salads, soups, wok, pasta lunches for students, staff and regular customers. On Kasarmi’s campus, take away items are in sale depending on the time of year.

Dexi prefers locally produced ingredients and we support ecological responsibility. We serve both local and organic food ingredients. We received Steps to Organic Food –program’s third level, in Summer 2011. All this can be seen in our environmentally friendly disposable tableware and trays, which are also 100% ecologically disposable. We received Scandinavian environment symbol, known as Swan Eco Label. It is an indication that environmental issues are considered in the restaurants service production.
